When things happen in life you will naturally revert to a victim mentality and take a disempowered stance towards how you approach life.
Things happen to us and we have no control over them. We are a victim of someone else’s doing, sometimes we lose our power and sometimes traumatic events make us feel lost and confused about what is happening to us.
When these things happen, our mind will start to tell us all sorts of stories. We will develop unhealthy habits to cope with our feelings and we will do things that keep us trapped in a place of our past.
Without a level of self awareness, we will stay lost, feel like we have no direction or purpose, experience fear, anxiety, doubt and we will not be able to find peace of mind. Not having peace of mind will also have negative effects on our physical health because it can affect your sleep cycles, blood pressure and trigger inflammation in your body that is the cause of many chronic diseases.
Learning how to “unlearn” unhealthy habits, understanding how your mind works and creating new habits will allow you to overcome your past, be fully present in who you are and embrace your purpose, direction and goals you have for your life.
It is going to empower you with the tools, knowledge and systems you need to make sustainable changes to your mindset, attitudes, moods, habits, beliefs and perception of events that happen in your life. In life, no one gets out unscathed so things are going to happen and we all will have to overcome our individual challenges.
Having mastery over your mind will equip you with the ability to see problems as an opportunity for growth, give you a sense of inner strength and confidence to rise to any challenge and empower you to take on a victor’s mindset.
We will start out by exploring the root cause of any situations in your life that you would like to change, understanding your traumas and how they have affected your thought patterns, habits, belief systems and behaviors.
Taking a holistic approach towards understanding your mental health will help us find the root causes of why things are the way they are in your life. We will look at all areas of your life to identify the things that are out of balance.
We’ll set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based) goals for your 1-3-6 months. These goals will serve as a guide and provide direction for your program.
I will teach you how your brain waves function in different frequencies and how it processes information. You will learn how to become more self aware so you can consciously control your mind during certain situations.
Your values and strength will be tested through a series of exercises and we review the results during the session.
You will learn about the basic human needs and fears in psychology. Then we’ll apply it to your unique needs and fears. This will bring you a fresh perspective and understanding why you are doing the things you are doing, connecting the dots to your habits.
You will learn about the 7 types of mental blocks that hold us back. We will also dive deeper into the areas that resonate with you and need the most attention.
I use a very powerful technique for a situation when you are faced with an internal conflict. This takes a full session to dive deeper into the root cause of the internal conflict. We will work together to remove your emotional blockages so you can find a deeper sense of clarity, serendipity and peace.
We will check in with one another on a bi-weekly basis during sessions and also via email/text in between sessions when you are going through a major challenge or issue.
I’ll provide ongoing motivational support by listening, coaching you through problems and providing you with fresh perspectives.
Forming new habits does not happen overnight. Forming new habits is a process of retraining your mind, adapting to new ideas, new routines and doing things that are outside of what you know. I pride myself in helping you get the results you want and see the changes you want to see in your life.

I was at a point in my life where I was lost, alone and just living day to day without any real clear vision of what I wanted.
