Inflammation happens when our body is not operating at its optimal levels, otherwise called “homeostasis”. When you stress your body and bring out of homeostasis, inflammation happens as your body’s attempt to restore balance.

My lower back hurt all the time, I had poor posture and I felt a constant underlying sense of stress, tension and anxiety every single day.

This caused me to really be limited in the time I could devote to my friends, family and loved ones because if I was not forcing myself to hold things together at work, I was trying to find ways to cope with the pain.

I did not have the space to enjoy my life because the pain took over my mind and was draining my time, energy and attention.

I went to the doctor to see what I could do to fix this, and I was only told that I would have to take a cocktail of pain pills and was given no real long term solution.

This was not an option for me.

That’s why I decided to heal myself through diet, exercise, movement and mindset changes. I was able to heal myself naturally so I created this program so I can share what I did with you.
