Do you wonder why some people can’t seem to get well? They constantly have some kind of health issue that they are dealing with and when they get over one sickness, another one begins.
Are you tired of constantly feeling bloated, tired or sluggish?
Do you wish you had more energy, but have to constantly drag yourself out of bed in the morning just to get your day started?
According to the CDC, chronic diseases (heart disease, cancer, stroke, alzheimer, diabetes) are the causes of death and disability in the US.
60% of adults in the US have a chronic disease 40% of adults have two or more.
When you suffer from inflammation, it puts you at risk for long term health problems, it adds stress to the body and is taxing on the immune system because the body is actively fighting against itself.
One very important thing to understand is that your body’s needs are unique. When you do things that everyone else does that are considered “normal”, it might be actually damaging your body in ways that you cannot see on the surface.
Do you enjoy drinking coffee?
Do you like eating sweets?
Do you spend most of your day in a seated position looking at a screen?
Do you enjoy having drinks with friends during happy hour?
Are you constantly under a lot of stress, have a lot of tension and feel a sense of anxiety?
You may or may not be seeing and feeling right now, but if you do not address this, you will be putting yourself at a higher risk for:
My lower back hurt all the time, I had poor posture and I felt a constant underlying sense of stress, tension and anxiety every single day.
I lost my confidence and felt a low sense of self esteem because my focus was always on this problem that was consuming my life. This caused me to really be limited in the time I could devote to my friends, family and loved ones because if I was not forcing myself to hold things together at work, I was trying to find ways to cope with the pain.
I did not have the space to enjoy my life because the pain took over my mind and was draining my time, energy and attention.
I went to the doctor to see what I could do to fix this, and I was only told that I would have to take a cocktail of pain pills and was given no real long term solution.
This was not an option for me.
That’s why I decided to heal myself through diet, exercise, movement and mindset changes. I was able to heal myself naturally so I created this program so I can share what I did with you.
If so, then you may be suffering from inflammation. Reducing your body’s inflammation will alleviate these problems and help improve your overall quality of life.
The Inflammation Fighter takes a holistic (physical, mental and emotional) approach to finding out what lifestyle choices you are making, what foods you are eating and the mindset / belief systems you have that are causing inflammation in your body. This program will create a tailored solution that fits your unique body type, food preferences and mindset. The information you learn in this program will help you:
This program works with a wide range of areas of your life through the holistic philosophy of addressing root causes and treating the body, mind and emotions as one. The mind has much more power of the body than we give it credit for so I will use NLP techniques to address unconscious belief systems, deep rooted emotional blockages and other drivers of your behaviors.
Stress is also a major cause of inflammation so we will work together on stress management techniques along with your mindset to find better ways to deal with your stress so it does not cause inflammation in your body.
I personally fought a long and hard battle with inflammation, so I will share my first-hand personal experiences with you and show you exactly what I did to heal and cure inflammation in a natural way without the use of prescription drugs. In addition to winning my own personal battle with inflammation, I will also show you how to adopt a customized anti-inflammatory diet. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), the largest nutrition school in the world. We will work together to create an anti-inflammatory diet that consists of foods that are in line with your tastes and preferences.
Forming new habits does not happen overnight. Forming new habits is a process of retraining your mind, adapting to new ideas, new routines and doing things that are outside of what you know. I pride myself in helping you get the results you want and see the changes you want to see in your life.

You will have the support of a certified coach who will help guide, keep you on track, mentor and help you find your way through hard times so you can finally see the changes you want.
Therefore it incorporates training and coaching that will improve your mindset, lifestyle and habits. This program is not a quick fix and it will not be easy, but it WILL deliver lasting results that educate you about your body and how to take proper care of it. This education and training is going to put you in a much better place to enjoy a better state of physical and mental health.
One of the key benefits of this program is that it can be incorporated with the advice of a nutritionist, doctor or physical therapist. This program will keep you accountable to actually implementing the changes suggested by your healthcare provider.
