The Calorie Burner is a customized, comprehensive weight loss program that helps you transform your habits, relationship with food and the root causes of the drivers of your behaviors. Unlike conventional weight loss programs, in addition to addressing your diet and exercise routine, we will also work together to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle so you can lose weight, feel better, and look better.
We will start with a complimentary Self-Discovery Session to understand your needs, goals, routine, situation and the state of your physical, mental and emotional health. This will create the space we need to explore the root cause of your weight gain, why you want to lose weight and understand what is really motivating you.
We will do an exercise that allows us to take a holistic approach towards nutrition and to see if there are any areas of your life that are out of balance. We will uncover and address the root cause of overeating or comfort eating so we can make your progress and transformation sustainable.
We’ll work together to set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-based) goals for your first month, three months and six months.
We will explore how your nutrition has a direct affect on your mood and emotional state.
We will do exercises specifically designed to break the emotional tie between a food item that you want to quit but cannot seem to live without. We will also uncover your association between cravings and emotional trigger points.
We’ll explore the foods that you are storing at home in your fridge or pantry (online or in person) and remove/donate items that will knock you off track towards your goals. We will then replace them with healthier options that are similar in taste but have less calories, fats and sugars.
You will learn how to shop so you can sustain the changes you make during the program. We’ll go to the grocery store together, (online or in person). You’ll do your regular shopping and I’ll recommend healthy replacements of the foods you normally choose.

Clients will learn how to prepare healthy meals for the week so that they save money + time and eat healthy.
We will develop a scalable exercise routine that is right for your schedule, state of your physical health and fit for your unique body type. We will then develop an accountability system that will help you stay on track towards reaching your fitness and weightloss goals.
As your coach, I’ll keep you accountable to your goals and provide you with ongoing motivational support through listening to you and providing fresh perspectives.
We will meet (online or in person) two times a month to discuss your progress, re-center where you are, address any challenges and get my personal insight on any issues you are having during the course of the program.
