UNDERSTANDING HOW YOUR REALITY IS CREATED

 

 

WHAT YOU PERCEIVE, YOU CREATE

 

Your mind is constantly bombarded with information—2 million bits per second, to be exact. We receive this information through our five senses:

 

what we see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. 

 

But here’s the catch: our brain can only process 126 bits per second. To make sense of this overload, our mind uses filters to generalize, distort, and delete information. What does that mean for you?

 

Imagine two people witnessing the same event. One person might see it as a learning opportunity, while the other views it as a setback. Why? Because their brains filtered the experience differently based on their meta programs—the unconscious mental programming shaped by your:

 

  • Values
  • Beliefs
  • Decisions
  • Memories
  • Upbringing (time, space, and language)

 

Your past programming can make you perceive the world through a negative lens, creating fear-based decisions. If you don’t become aware of these unconscious programs, they will continue running your life on autopilot.

 

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DON’T REPROGRAM YOUR META PROGRAMS

 

Leaving your meta programs unchecked can lead to:

 

  • Self-doubt and imposter syndrome – you constantly second-guess yourself.

MY JOURNEY OF REPROGRAMMING MY REALITY

 

Until 2019, I was unaware of how my meta programs were controlling my life. I dealt with chronic lower back pain and jumped from city to city, thinking a change of environment would bring happiness. On the outside, I seemed successful, but internally, I was empty and lost.

 

It wasn’t until I discovered NLP that I realized my unconscious beliefs were holding me back. Even though I believed I had a ‘dream’ childhood, the meta programs shaped during those early years were actually steering me away from the direction I truly wanted to go.

 

However, by taking these three steps, I was able to reprogram my mind and create a new reality filled with clarity, confidence, and fulfillment.

 

3 SIMPLE STEPS TO CREATE YOUR NEW REALITY

 

Here’s how I turned my life around, and how you can do the same. 

 

1) KNOW YOURSELF: UNLEARN

 

The first step is becoming aware of the thoughts and beliefs running in the background. I had to look within and discover how my mind was wired. This self-awareness allowed me to unlearn thought patterns that were no longer serving me.

2) LOVE YOURSELF: RELEARN

 

After gaining awareness, I took control of rewiring my unconscious mind. Through consistent self-love affirmations, I began to relearn empowering beliefs that aligned with the life I wanted to create. This is the process of building your new reality. 

 

3) BE YOURSELF: EVOLVE

 

When your new meta programs align with your vision of your authentic self, you evolve. You begin to manifest things beyond your imagination and live a life in harmony with who you truly are. 

 

THE POWER OF REPROGRAMMING REQUIRES SELF-WORK

 

No matter how much money you have, you can’t buy a new mindset. Reprogramming your unconscious mind requires self-work, and no one can do it for you. But once you align your mind with your new reality, the results are life-changing.
