Through experimentation with various frequencies, I discovered that 432 Hz resonated most deeply with me. I made it a ritual to meditate with this sound, particularly when my brain was in a theta state — the optimal period for subconscious reprogramming, which happens right after waking up or just before falling asleep. Below is one of the videos I frequently used to activate my parasympathetic nervous system and promote deep relaxation.
