I shared 8 tips that I believe are the secret sauce for building and maintaining healthy relationships.

Good communication is key to a healthy relationship. Express your thoughts, feelings, and needs openly and honestly, and make an effort to listen to your partner’s perspective as well.

#2 Trust:

Trust is essential in any relationship. Build trust by being honest, keeping your promises, and being dependable.

#3 Respect:

Treat your partner with respect and dignity. This means being understanding, supportive, and not engaging in controlling or abusive behaviors.

#4 Independence:

While being in a relationship, it’s important to maintain your independence and individuality. Pursue your own interests, hobbies, and goals, and encourage your partner to do the same.

#5 Quality Time:

Spending quality time together is important for any relationship. Make time for each other and engage in activities you both enjoy.

#6 Flexibility:
